This is a diet blog for me. My regular journal was the now defunct wwjarvisd. I'm currently doing Weight Watchers and am on a quest to lose 100 pounds. I'll mostly post menus/workouts and any related rants about gains and losses. Just looking for a little extra support since I'm doing this on my own.

I LOVE Jillian Michaels, as well as The Biggest Loser. I'm slowly becoming a runner, I like a good kick-butt cardio workout and recently started using My Fitness Coach for Wii. I've surprised myself at how active I've become, but it's a great feeling. I also plan to enroll in a master's of science in Health Promotion in Fall 2010 because I've grown to love the idea of living a healthy lifestyle. I want to be one of those 70 year old women at the gym with a hot bod, haha.
